Is Loba est une artiste multidisciplinaire, titulaire d'un DNSEP des Beaux-Arts de Dijon et d’un Master II en communication et stratégie et développement culturel de l’université d’Avignon et des pays du Vaucluse. Sa pratique s’enrichit également d’une formation au tournage en série à l’École de Céramique d’Aubagne, ainsi que d’une longue expérience professionnelle dans les industries graphiques, où elle s’est spécialisée en design global, en sérigraphie industrielle et Signalétique Décors Graphisme.
Depuis 2007, elle développe l’Observatoire des Éphéméries –ODE, un projet artistique qui explore l'intime quête de l’âme et ses métamorphoses incarnées à travers des créations immersives et des réflexions philosophiques, articulées autour du néologisme* "éphémèrie" : un événement de transformation de l’âme.
Is Loba is a multidisciplinary artist, holding a DNSEP from the Dijon School of Fine Arts and a Master’s degree in Communication, Strategy, and Cultural Development from the University of Avignon and the Pays du Vaucluse. Her practice is also enriched by training in series wheel-throwing at the Aubagne School of Ceramics, along with extensive professional experience in the graphic industries, where she specialized in global design, industrial screen printing, and signage, decor, and graphic design.
Since 2007, she has been developing l’Observatoiry of Ephemeries –ODE, an artistic project that explores the intimate quest of the soul and its embodied metamorphoses through immersive creations and philosophical reflections. The project revolves around the neologism* "ephemerie": an event of soul transformation.

L’être aspire à une conscience intime de l’existence. Chacun de nous en a une approche qui lui est propre avec sa singularité et ses expériences les plus directes. L’entitas Is Loba l’expérimente au cours des ses circumnavigations oniriques et géographiques en dissimulant des balises dites Capsules de Pensée Magique depuis 2007.
The being aspires to an intimate consciousness of existence. Each of us has our own approach to it, with our singularity and our most direct experiences. Entitas Is Loba experiences it during her oneiric and geographical circumnavigations, concealing beacons called Magical Thought Capsules since 2007.
La Capsule de Pensée Magique est une balise d’accès à une temporalité spécifique où l’imagination est une faculté à connaître la présence de l’acte d’Être.
Par ce passage, Is Loba déploie un territoire "imaginal" avec sa topographie narrative, composite et isomorphe : l’Observatoire des Éphéméries dit ODE, inspiré par le geste philosophique et herméneutique de H. Corbin.
L’ODE est un No-atlas en perpétuelle mutation avec son activité symbolique, son espace animiste et son accès à une temporalité différée et diachronique. Ce territoire articule des formes et des mondes re-composés et cartographiés sur un planisphère par Is Loba où ce qui relève de l’imaginal n’est pas irréel ou négligeable mais bien quelque chose qui a une consistance et une teneur propre.
Chaque élément est une expérience interconnectée sensible et intelligible à l’épreuve de l’altérité et du bénéfice de l’erreur expérimentale: ralentir, écrire, dessiner, associer, sampler, découper, coudre, effacer, tracer, coder, crypter, performer, éprouver, déployer.
Au sein de l’ODE, le vivant animal, végétal et minéral sont une intentionnalité, un affect, un déplacement d’angle de perception, simultanément formes et espaces de transformation faisant frémir étrangement une signification nouvelle "d’être-dans-le-monde". En évoquant le fondement émotionnel & intelligible de sa relation au monde, Is Loba prend à rebours ce qui angoisse l’Être plus que sa mort prochaine : sa non-réalité face l’Éternité.
The Magical Thought Capsule is a beacon that provides access to a specific temporality where imagination is a faculty for recognizing the presence of the act of Being.
Through this passage, Is Loba unfolds an "imaginal" territory with its narrative, composite, and isomorphic topography: the Observatory of Ephemeries*, or ODE, inspired by the philosophical and hermeneutical gesture of H. Corbin.
The ODE is an No-atlas in perpetual mutation with its symbolic activity, animist space, and access to a deferred and diachronic temporality. This territory articulates re-composed forms and worlds, mapped on a planisphere by Is Loba, where what pertains to the imaginal is not unreal or negligible but something that has its own consistency and substance.
Each element is an interconnected experience that is sensitive and intelligible, subjected to the test of alterity and the benefit of experimental error: slowing down, writing, drawing, associating, sampling, cutting, sewing, erasing, tracing, coding, encrypting, performing, experiencing, deploying.
Within the ODE, living beings - animal, vegetable, and mineral - are an intentionality, an affect, a shift in the angle of perception, simultaneously forms and spaces of transformation that strangely make a new meaning of "being-in-the-world" quiver. By evoking the emotional and intelligible foundation of her relationship to the world, Is Loba takes what distresses the Being more than its impending death: unreality faced with Eternity.
